Little Simz

The new album from North London hailing Little Simz finds the critically acclaimed, 22-year-old independent artist bursting through the seams of fears, flaws, and limitations, leading a charge beyond the stigmas that our world casts upon us.

Stillness In Wonderland is a story of personal evolution, finding faith within and tackling self-doubt, embracing your instincts and letting your intuition steer you toward your personal paradise, whilst at the same time attempting to avoid the distractions, complacency and pitfalls of 'Wonderland.' Shrugging off her coyness, Little Simz divulges into the tug-of- war in relationships, the strive for pride and awareness, and the desire for greater influence, making Stillness In Wonderland one of her most revealing releases to date.

Little Simz has done and continues to take pride in doing things her way, leading the charge as one of the most exciting independent hip-hop artists of her generation. 2016 alone, she was recognized in both Forbes’ inaugural 30 Under 30 Europe list + their Hip Hop Cash Princes list (making her the 1st UK rapper in either list), her debut LP won the coveted Album Of The Year prize at the AIM Awards and she was invited to join her musical idol Lauryn Hill on her current US tour. Additionally, Little Simz has been spotlighted on global television, performing her “Wings” on BBC’s Later… with Jools Holland, “Dead Body” on primetime French cultural platform Le Petit Journal, sitting down with Tavis Smiley for an interview on PBS and her song Wings featuring in Apple’s #ShotOnIphone Euro 2016 advert campaign.
