A raw representation of the trap-rap youth that has been growing and breaking into the mainstream, Squidnice burst onto the scene with his debut track, “Trap By My Lonely” in March 2015, which racked up over 1M plays on Soundcloud and earned him a spot on Episode 3 of Frank Ocean’s Blonded Radio. His second single, “Everywhere I Go,” had equal success, as it was featured on Noisey Radio on Apple Beats 1 and the video for it reached nearly 3M views on WorldStarHipHop. Following the Pigeons & Planes premiere for his single “Nina” in April, Squidnice followed up in May with three new tracks, "OMG" ft. Smookie Margielaa, "Still" with Gloss Gang and a solo cut "Lit Now." Just last week he released the long-awaited and frequently requested official video for "Trap By My Lonely."

Already generating a cult-like following, a kindergarten, yearbook photo of Squidnice became a viral sensation when it was photoshopped into the “If he’s 5, I’m 5″ meme. His poster-boy look caught the attention of Hood By Air and Carrots by Anwar Carrots. He walked in HBA’s Spring 2017 Ready-to-Wear collection and was the campaign model for the latter’s Spring/Summer 2017 lookbook. In May, Squidnice performed alongside Smokepurrp at 10.Deep’s Culture Clash at BK Bazaar. Stay tuned for his upcoming EP, Trap By My Lonely, coming soon and his mixtape project, The Craccen, set to drop later this year.
